Shipping + Returns

Shipping is FREE for domestic orders over $500 and International orders over $500.

All orders are posted within 1-3 business days between business hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Custom Orders - Production commences within a week. Delivery will commence after email is sent. It may take up to 7 - 10 working days for delivery.

International Deliveries

AARLI offers FREE International shipping for orders over $500 or a flat rate of $30 for under $500.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for international orders.

We hold no responsibility for any delays in the arrival of your package that are beyond our control.

Please note that you will be responsible for any taxes or custom fees associated with your country.

CARRIER

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders.

TRACKING

If a tracking # is provided we will update your order with the tracking information.

Returns

FULL PRICED ITEMS:

We will happily exchange or refund any full-priced purchase, providing the following conditions have been met:

Items are to be returned with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in original condition as purchased, unworn, unwashed, with care instruction card including both AARLI swing tags attached.

SALE ITEMS:

NO REFUNDS ON SALES ITEMS.

We DO NOT offer refunds on ANY sale items.

NO EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.

MISSING ITEMS

Occasionally parcels will go missing in the post. Please ensure you fill out your postal address correctly when making a purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for a missing parcel if the address provided was incorrect. If the fault is with the postal/courier service then there will be an investigation but this may take several weeks to sort out.
